Growing up, Lawrence was deeply influenced by his parents—his father, a Marine Corps Colonel with over 30 years of dedicated service, and his mother, a retired CFO—who instilled a robust work ethic in him from an early age. Having traveled extensively and lived abroad, Lawrence brings a unique global perspective and appreciation for diverse cultures and environments.

After earning his Bachelor’s degree from UNC-Wilmington, Lawrence quickly established roots in the Wilmington area. He spent over 15 successful years advancing rapidly in the automotive industry, managing teams of over 60 individuals and consistently achieving notable growth through a dedicated focus on employee retention and exceptional customer service. Recognizing that he could make an even greater impact by attending to clients individually, Lawrence transitioned to real estate, where he helps clients navigate one of their most significant financial decisions with ease and confidence. Since that transition he has become a top producer four years in a row.

Outside of his professional life, Lawrence enjoys spending time at the beach with his wife, Brianne, their foster kid and two dogs. He loves exploring everything the Port City offers, from dining along the riverfront to playing golf and tennis.
