Originally from Portland, Oregon, Sarah relocated to North Carolina in 2021. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where she discovered her love for beach side living. 

Sarah has spent her career in Human Resources where she built a strong foundation in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving. Sarah transitioned into real estate with a mission to guide clients through one of life’s most meaningful decisions: buying or selling a home. As an HR Manager, Sarah mastered the art of working with people from all walks of life, and managing complex situations with professionalism and care. Her experience in guiding employees through sensitive decisions, maintaining confidentiality, and resolving issues under pressure has made her especially skilled at handling the many moving parts of a real estate transaction. Whether it’s negotiating on behalf of her clients or keeping everyone on track and informed, she brings a calm, and positive attitude to every transaction. 

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and two toddlers, often at the beach or pool. She’s also an avid runner, a dog lover, and loves exploring new restaurants and coffee shops around town.
